RETURN & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

You can return or exchange the product you purchased under the following conditions by applying to www.modabilya.com within 14 days from the day you received it from the cargo. In this context, you will not pay any shipping costs for the products you send back.

The conditions within the scope of return are as follows;

Returns must be made in the same condition as they came to you, with the original box/packaging.

All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and in their original packaging.

Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packages.

Products specially produced by the consumer or products that are clearly prepared in line with his personal needs and that are not suitable for return due to their nature cannot be returned. You can return the products you receive unconditionally within 14 days.
